This week it is Maternal Mental Health Week, a special week dedicated to bringing awareness to perinatal metal health, referring to a woman’s mental health during pregnancy and the postpartum period. It was reseached by MHTF (Maternal Health Task Force) and concluded that high -income countries, including the UK 7%-15% of women suffer from antepartum depression and 10% experience postpartum depression. During this hard time of social distancing it's difficult for new mother’s and pregnant woman to get the support they need. I have find some very helpful resources from other mums and supporting networks. You're not alone. APNI
